Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Help customers locate course materials, supplies, apparel, gifts, and other merchandise.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions (cash, credit, financial aid).
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, stocked, and visually merchandised.
• Assist with inventory, receiving merchandise, order fulfillment, and other tasks.
• Build product knowledge to confidently assist customers.
• Work with teammates to meet daily priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support a clean, safe store reflecting Barnes & Noble College brand.
