BARNES & NOBLE COLLEGE is seeking a Temporary Campus Store Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service in a busy campus store. You will help students, faculty, and alumni find textbooks and supplies, ring up purchases, and keep shelves stocked and organized.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced retail setting. Working hours vary weekly up to 90 days, with opportunities to gain valuable retail experience and participate in company

Qualificações

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule during temporary assignment.
• Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Help customers locate materials and merchandise to meet their needs.
• Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sales floor.
• Assist with inventory, receiving merchandise, and order fulfillment.
