Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers and providing friendly service.
• Assist customers in locating course materials and merchandise.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sales floor.
• Support inventory, receiving merchandise, and other operational tasks.
