Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking a Campus Staff Member to disciple students and faculty, equipping them to hear the Word, respond actively, and interpret experiences to grow in Christlikeness.

You will collaborate with local, area, regional, and national staff and volunteers to uphold biblical standards of excellence and integrity, while reporting on planning and outcomes as a CSM.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to minister to diverse communities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

**ESSENTIAL COMMITMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES** Disciple students and faculty by equipping them to hear the Word, respond actively, and debrief and interpret the experience so that they grow in Christlikeness, reflect our Core Values, and develop ministry skillsYou work with a network of other local, area, regional, and national InterVarsity staff and volunteers so that our work reflects Biblical standards of excellence, integrity, and partnership.Complete reporting, planning and review requirements in a timely way so that you and your supervisors can assess and improve your work as a CSM**Accomplish all other assigned tasks as appropriate****QUALIFICATIONS (common to all levels of CSM)** Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement (Doctrinal Basis and Purpose Statement). Accordingly, compensation will vary based on the ability of the individual to secure a donor team to fund the cost of his/her salary. The anticipated salary range for this position on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) is dependent on a variety of factors, including location and cost of living.
