Job summary

SpaceXSI in Memphis invites a Site Reliability Engineer focused on campus reliability to design guardrails and drive reliability across compute, network, storage, and facility systems at a major AI training campus. You will lead incident response, implement fleet-scale observability, and collaborate with NOC, data center ops, and hardware teams to reduce incident impact and improve uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of SRE, systems engineering, or large-scale ops experience.
• Proven incident command leadership on a bridge or control room.
• Observability design at fleet/campus scale with alert hygiene.
• Experience with Prometheus/Grafana, DCGM, or industrial telemetry stack.

Responsibilities

• Own monitoring architecture across GPU/host telemetry and facility telemetry.
• Provide SEV command support and incident leadership.
• Run blameless postmortems and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Gate high-risk changes for fleet-wide firmware/power/cooling upgrades.
• Lead cross-functional reliability projects across compute, network, storage, and facility signals.
• Collaborate with Hardware Failure Analysis to derive RCA inputs.
• Build and maintain playbooks, runbooks, and 24/7 operations docs.
