Qualifications

• Prior sous chef experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Helps Executive Chef prepare and cook foods and coordinates activities of cooks and other food-service staff.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling, payroll and trainings.
• Stores food safely and maintains sanitation per procedures.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation and serving temperatures.
• Monitors inventory and communicates shortages to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
