The University of Wisconsin–Madison is seeking a social media-focused team member for the Wisconsin Union in Madison. You will engage audiences with creative, data-driven content across major platforms and help shape campaigns that align with brand and marketing goals.

This year-round, Madison-based role requires reporting in person, especially during peak Terrace season, with regular hours during business days and flexibility to cover events and other social media needs.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Visual eye for creating photo and short-form video content.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Enjoys collecting and reviewing data.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage the Wisconsin Union’s Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, and Snapchat accounts (accounts subject to change).
• Curate (writing, filming, photographing, designing) and schedule social media content.
• Gather and analyze social media data to make recommendations.
• Work with communications specialist to brainstorm and implement social media campaigns.
