Ambo Properties in Lancaster, TX is seeking a Social Media Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, conduct engaging tours, and drive leases. You’ll blend strong sales with relationship-building, manage inquiries, screenings, and paperwork, and help onboard new residents.

You’ll also grow the property’s online presence by creating content, taking photos and videos, posting: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more, while maintaining brand standards and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Confident communicator with a passion for helping people.
• Comfortable engaging with prospects both in person and on social platforms.
• Organized, responsive, and solutions-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Familiar with Yardi, RealPage, or Remote Landlord.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospective residents warmly and professionally.
• Conduct engaging tours of the property.
• Manage all stages of the leasing process — from inquiries to signed leases.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and CRM systems to drive conversions.
• Handle leasing paperwork and application screening with accuracy.
• Support new move-ins and coordinate a smooth onboarding experience.
• Assist in resident retention and renewal efforts.
• Ensure the model unit, leasing office, and common areas are tour-ready at all times.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager and maintenance team.
