NPM Residential is seeking a highly creative Social Media Manager to elevate our apartment communities' online presence. You will travel to properties to film Reels, TikToks, and tours, and create content that makes people want to LIVE THERE!

We need a social media-savvy story-teller who can capture high-quality photos and videos, edit them, and design eye-catching marketing materials to attract prospective residents and increase leasing traffic.

Qualifications

• Must be highly creative with strong social media instincts.
• Willing to travel to properties to shoot reels, tours, events.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar design/editing tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage and create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok across our apartment communities.
• Travel to our properties to film creative Reels, TikToks, tours, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Capture amazing photos and videos, edit content, and make every property shine.
• Create eye-catching flyers, leasing promotions, and marketing materials that stand out.
• Develop creative campaigns, follow trends, and come up with unique ways to attract prospective residents and increase leasing traffic.
• Grow our online presence by increasing engagement, followers, and turning social media into a leasing tool.
