Qualifications

• High School diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Minimum 1–3 years of passenger/van driving experience.
• A clean MVR is required.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Davenport University students to scheduled destinations.
• Complete pre-departure and post-return vehicle checklists.
• Maintain interior/exterior cleanliness of the vehicle fleet.
• Follow NCAA, GLIAC, and related policy guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and reflect university values.
• Demonstrate confidentiality and ethical standards in all duties.
• Work irregular hours including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
