Compass Group USA is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor for our College Station location. This role directs the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensures that assigned tasks meet policy, quality, safety, and productivity expectations.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $22.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits, training, retirement plans, health programs, and employee perks.

• Experience training staff and creating schedules.
• Ability to manage shift operations while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift.
• Train and create work schedules for team members.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement; perform other duties as assigned.
