Chartwells Higher Ed Dining Services at Angelo State University in San Angelo, TX is hiring for a BOH Lead Supervisor. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Schedule runs Monday through Saturday, 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Prior BOH supervisory experience is preferred, with a pay range of $14.00–$14.25 per hour.

The role oversees hourly associates, manages inventory and costs, and ensures policy compliance, sanitation, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
• Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
• Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
• Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
