Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure completion of assigned tasks.
• Provide training and create work schedules for team members.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports to meet quality, productivity and safety targets.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees with requests or time-off needs.
• Mentor staff and encourage career growth; perform additional duties as assigned.
