Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook and present hot and cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and events.
• Follow complex recipes and product directions.
• Produce small to large batches using classical and contemporary techniques.
• May supervise production staff and assign tasks.
• Attend shifts on time with reliable attendance.
