Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Maintain CPI certification and ability to write incident reports.
• Knowledge of CPS Student Code of Conduct and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills duties per security plan and patrols assigned posts.
• Responds to incidents and safety threats; may perform momentary physical intervention.
• Conducts hall sweeps, monitors entrances, and issues visitor badges as needed.
• Reports safety concerns to Security Supervisor and administration promptly.
• Documents incidents and misconduct with clear reports; participates in emergency response.
