Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Proven ability to learn security software and surveillance systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, reporting, and documentation.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergencies.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vigilance for unusual or suspicious individuals or situations.
• Operate surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection equipment and report issues promptly.
• Stand assigned posts, including outdoor patrols and long periods of standing.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first-aid as required.
• Assist in evacuations, crowd control, and incident reporting.
