Job summary

The Legacy Senior Communities is seeking a Security Officer in Plano, TX to safeguard our campus and residents. You will enforce policies, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents to ensure a safe environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring cameras and access points, performing patrols, and assisting during events. A Level II Security License and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Security professional and/or experience required.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system.
• Experience with monitoring cameras.
• Level II Security License required.
• Customer service is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Locks and unlocks doors on campus, as necessary.
• Monitors security cameras and entrances.
• Answers call boxes, identifies visitors.
• Writes incident reports and logs daily activities.
• Responds to emergencies and safety incidents.
