Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a Flex Office Building in Plano, TX. The Security Professional Flex Officer will provide protection across industries and leverage a shift-pickup platform to claim open shifts based on availability, enabling a customizable schedule while gaining diverse site experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• As a condition of employment, a background check and drug screen apply.
• No prior experience required
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed in some states).
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular conditions that may create security concerns or hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department when needed.
• Permit authorized entry and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate incidents and maintain written logs as required.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications per site orders.
