Per Mar Security Services in Mount Vernon, IA, seeks a Campus Security Officer to join our night-shift team. You will patrol, monitor access points, enforce campus policies, and respond to incidents with professionalism and calm.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, ability to pass background checks, and a willingness to work Thursday through Monday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license/reliable transportation.
• Able to pass Iowa DPS/FBI background check from age 18.
• Able to pass company motor vehicle records check.
• Able to pass pre-employment 4-panel drug screen.
• Able to remain calm in non-emergency and emergency situations.
• Able to walk/stand for long periods of time.
• Detail oriented and aware of surroundings at all times.
• Able to interact with college staff, visitors, and students professionally.

Job Skills / Requirements

We are looking for a Campus Security Officer in Mount Vernon, Iowa!

Starting Pay: $17.00 an hour. Can go up with good performance!

Hours : Thursday-Monday (11:00 PM-7:00 AM)

***Overtime may be required for events or shift coverage***

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license/Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass Iowa Department of Public Safety/FBI Background check from age of 18 to current.
• Must be able to pass company motor vehicle records check.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment 4-panel drug screen.
• Must be able to remain calm in non-emergency and emergency situations.
