Securitas US Campus Security Officer in Helena, MT is a part-time role working Fri–Sat nights with 16 hours per week (paid for 24 hours) and a $21.00 per hour wage. The role requires monitoring access, patrolling sites, responding to incidents, and providing customer service to employees and guests while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Valid drivers license.

• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to theclient’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Campus Security Officer - Part Time

Primary Location: Helena, MT

Wage:$21.00/HR

Schedule: 16 Hours Per Week (paid for 24 hours with expectation you will be able to cover one open shift during the week when needed)

• Fri - Sat: 11PM - 7AM

TheCampus SecurityOfficer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
