Cleveland State Community College is seeking a part-time Campus Security Guard to support the Campus Police department in Cleveland, TN. The position is temporary/not to exceed 29 hours per week and requires a high school diploma, driver's license, and ability to pass a background check. The guard will patrol grounds, respond to incidents, and help enforce safety policies on campus.

The Campus Security Guard performs general security duties to help maintain a safe and secure environment for the campus community. Working closely with campus police, a Campus Security Guard monitors campus grounds, responds to incidents, and assists in enforcing safety policies and procedures.
The Campus Police Department operates Monday through Sunday, and security guards may be scheduled to work shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. during these days.
Work activities may involve the use of standard office equipment, including computers, printers, copiers, scanners, telephones, and other related devices. Security guards are also required to operate departmental equipment, including but not limited to flashlights, radios, cell phones, and campus security vehicles.
This on-site position is based in the Campus Police Department located on the main campus of Cleveland State Community College in Cleveland, Tennessee.
