Job summary

Clint ISD is hiring for the 2026-2027 school year for a security-related position. The role pays $14.55–$17.32 per hour across a 226-day work year, with 8 hours per day.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED and maintain or obtain required security certifications, plus a valid driver’s license. Submit the required documents: high school diploma, TX security certification, resume, and a valid TX driver’s license.

Salary: $14.55- $17.32 hourly Work days: 226 (8 hrs. per day)

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED,or equivalent

Level 2 or Level 3 security certificate or obtain within 30 days of employment

• Maintain a Security Certificate from the Texas Board of Private Investigators/Texas Private Security Bureau or obtain renewal within 30 days of employment
• Valid Driver’s License

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Physically capable of performing all duties

Ability to record and report information

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Ability to work effectively with students

Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate and interact with students, district employees and the general public

Must possess good customer service skills
