Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience with leadership, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Graduate Degree and 12+ years of fundraising and alumni relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan short- and long-term advancement strategy and design fundraising appeals.
• Oversee gift processing, receipts, and maintaining giving records; steward donors.
• Occasionally write grant proposals in collaboration with the college.
• Develop Alumni Relations strategy and grow alumni database; communicate with alumni.
• Coordinate with Family School Partnership and plan events.
• Participate in Campus School admin meetings and committees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of School.
