Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Covers designated areas of responsibility greeting parents, students, staff, visitors, clients and vendors while following safety and health protocols.
• Communicates school policies and enforcement procedures to students, personnel and visitors to ensure understanding of rules and consequences.
• Administers First Aid and provides health and safety support including screening devices and emergencies.
• Responds to emergency situations per School Site Safety Plans.
• Distributes supplies and manages safety-related resources.
• Assists in investigating incidents and maintains safety and security of people and property.
• Completes required emergency training and protocol reviews.
• Engages with students using restorative justice techniques for conflict resolution.
• Supervises students during campus events and in designated areas to ensure policy adherence.
• Maintains documentation such as discipline referrals and incident reports.
