Job summary

Think Together, a California nonprofit, seeks a Student Supervision Associate to supervise students on campus, during meals, and at events, ensuring safety and adherence to school rules.

Under supervision, you will use PBIS strategies, report incidents, and support teachers with behavior guidance; a high school diploma is preferred and Live Scan as part of the background check.

This role requires reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the school grounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising school-age children.
• High School Diploma desired.
• Willing to pass Live Scan and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during meals and on playgrounds.
• Enforce school rules and encourage courtesy.
• Follow school discipline plan and PBIS procedures.
• Communicate incidents with teachers and supervisors.
• Assist in safety and first aid if needed.
