Job summary

Seabury is seeking a Campus Safety Supervisor to lead and coordinate the safety team on campus in Bloomfield, CT. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring adherence to safety policies, and responding to incidents with calm and professional support.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service and communication skills, a CT driver’s license, and 1+ years in security or public emergency services. CPR/First Aid training is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• CPR/First Aid/AED training or ability to complete such trainings.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and schedules campus safety staff.
• Implements departmental policies and procedures.
• May work variable shifts, overtime and weekends as needed.
• Performs patrols and coordinates security for incidents.
• Learn and operate access control systems and badge creation.
• Assist with Fire or Disaster Drills and safety checks.
