Job summary

PUC Schools seeks a dedicated Campus Aide in Sylmar, CA to supervise students, enforce safety rules, and assist with custodial duties across campus. This full-time, hourly role supports daily operations, event set-ups, and restroom maintenance, contributing to a safe and respectful school environment.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, Brazilian, Spanish bilingual is a plus, and flexibility to work in various areas of the campus. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Valid First Aid Certificate preferred.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• Experience working with youth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce activity and safety rules in school buildings and on school property.
• Report problems of a serious nature to the Principal or designated certificated employee.
• Work with school staff to alleviate behavioral problems during supervision periods.
• Check restrooms in the morning, during breaks, lunch, and after school.
• Constant movement throughout the school; supervise in cafeteria, restrooms, playground, and other areas.
• Perform cleaning duties to keep campus free of trash and assist in custodial tasks.
• Set up and tear down for school events and activities.
• Maintain standards of courtesy and behavior among students.
