Pacifica Christian High School – Orange County is seeking a Campus Operations Associate (Part-time) to support the Dean of Students and maintain a safe, welcoming campus. The role covers daily maintenance tasks, event setup, supervision of students, and coordination with Campus Supervisors.

Ideal candidates will have a heart for a Christian liberal arts environment, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Work: Perform routine repairs on school buildings and assist with events setup including moving furniture and equipment.
• Campus Set-Up: Open campus each morning, wipe lunch tables, lift up to 25 pounds, pick up trash, report issues to Facilities Manager.
• Student Drop-Off: Direct traffic and supervise student safety in the parking lot during morning drop-off.
• Student Pick-Up: Direct traffic and supervise students during afternoon pick-up.
• Campus Clean-Up: Clean up AV equipment after Chapel and Assemblies; close campus daily at 3:15 PM.
• Other Duties & Shared Responsibilities: Assist with special events and uphold Pacifica's beliefs and mission.
