• Actively supervise designated areas (parking lots, entrances, hallways, restrooms, etc.).
• Serve as first response to classroom disruptions and requests for assistance.
• Assess situations, de-escalate, and involve others as needed.
• Refer violations to administration and maintain records of incidents.
