• Initiates and develops policies and programs to ensure adherence to campus policy, federal, state, and local laws.
• Works collaboratively with local law enforcement and public safety personnel.
• Oversees recruitment, hiring, supervision, and performance evaluation of campus safety personnel.
• Trains staff on enforcement, investigative, and response procedures.
