Qualifications

• Education, training, and experience in safety or related field preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license required.
• Red Cross first aid and CPR certifications or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Monitor campus activities and enforce rules.
• Verify student IDs and authorized access; prevent unauthorized campus entry.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff; promote a safe campus climate.
• Escort disruptive students to Administration; deescalate conflicts.
• Communicate effectively with Dispatch/Base, Safety Supervisors, and colleagues.
• Assist safety teams at other sites as needed.
