Job summary

Adams and Associates at Glenmont Job Corps Center is seeking an experienced Safety & Security Manager to lead the Safety & Security Department. You will manage day-to-day operations, oversee incident response, OSHA compliance, and staff training to keep the campus safe.

You’ll supervise the Safety & Security Team, coordinate scheduling, conduct inspections, and work with center leadership to identify risks before they become problems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of experience in military, law enforcement, and/or safety management.
• OSHA Certification required.
• Valid in-state driver's license required.
• Candidates must also meet company insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Safety & Security Team and supervise staff.
• Oversee day-to-day security operations and incident response.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety inspections.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Center leadership and other departments.
• Maintain Center safety programs and reporting.

Education
