Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of construction health and safety leadership across complex projects.
• Experience in mission critical, data center, or industrial construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, electrical safety, and hazardous energy control.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of campus health and safety program across projects.
• Manage and mentor safety professionals, staffing, training, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate outside safety consultants and support recruiting and retention.
