Job summary

The tstc safety team is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety professional to implement the campus Safety Program across assigned campuses. You will deliver safety training, oversee inspections, coordinate meetings, and conduct accident investigations while supervising Safety Leads to maintain regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating emergency drills, identifying hazards, and ensuring adherence to government safety regulations and industry standards across multiple campus

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or higher; OSHA 30 and OSHA outreach trainer certifications are required.
• 0–2 years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience; relevant safety experience may substitute for degree in some cases.
• OSHA 30 and OSHA Outreach Trainer certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver required safety training for campus employees.
• Oversee safety inspections of buildings, grounds, kitchens, shops and safety equipment.
• Coordinate campus safety meetings with agendas and minutes.
• Investigate accidents and prepare reports for quarterly review.
• Supervise Campus Safety Coordinators and Safety Leads on assigned campuses.
• Coordinate fire drills and other emergency evacuations.
• Identify hazards and mitigate risks through inspections and risk assessments.
• Evaluate compliance with policies and regulations across campuses.
