Job summary

The role requires strong English communication, basic Microsoft Office skills, and a valid Utah driver's license. Starting wage is $36,113 per year, with benefits eligibility and a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• First Aid certification obtained within 3 months from date of hire.
• Speak, read, write, present professionally, analyze, understand, and interpret written and verbal communications in English.
• Basic experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
• Valid Utah Driver's License and evidence of insurability.

Responsibilities

• Under limited supervision, support a school-based approach to promoting attendance through referrals to resources and student support services.
• Support interventions for students with attendance issues and develop strategies to re-engage students.
• Adhere to district policies and promote an environment conducive to achievement and well-being.
• Assist with maintaining school safety and supervising activities.
