Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of restaurant management with growing responsibility.
• At least 2 years leading managers, supervisors, or large hourly teams.
• Strong leadership and decision-making in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain a strong front- and back-of-house team.
• Direct daily operations maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Carry full P&L accountability and manage labor, food cost, and controllables.
• Set the standard for hospitality and resolve guest concerns.
