Job summary

New Hope is seeking a Campus Residential Director to oversee and support daily operations of ICF/ID residential homes. You will lead a team of caregivers and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering person-centered care to individuals served.

You will manage day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and work with the leadership team to provide programs and services that promote quality of life. Join a mission-driven organization making a lasting impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory role supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience in an ICF/ID or long-term care program.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel between sites as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Must achieve trainer certification in Safety Cares within 2 years of hire.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

• Preferred: 2+ years in a supervisory role and experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Preferred: Leadership experience within an ICF/ID or long-term care program.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and mentor staff across 24/7 services
• Clear, compassionate communicator and decision-maker
• Knowledge of budget management, compliance, and care best practices
• Deep understanding of the needs and strengths of people with developmental disabilities

Additional Requirements:
