Job summary

Grand Canyon University is seeking a Program Recruitment – Program Development Specialist Intern to support COE & COT recruitment on campus in Phoenix. You will help deliver program content, lead tours for families, and run presentations at events like Discover GCU and GCU Live.

You’ll input data into recruiting systems and assist peers, often working evenings and weekends. The role requires student status, strong MS 365 skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and strong communication skills.
• Organized, multitasker able to manage fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver program-specific information through campus presentations and events.
• Assist in tours for students, families, and school staff, including evenings and weekends.
• Input recruiting data into CRM and track outreach efforts.
• Support social media and other channels to promote COE & COT programs.
