Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years HR with campus recruiting or internship program experience.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment events, communications and candidate engagement.
• Familiarity with vendor coordination, procurement, and budget tracking.
• Strong project management and cross-stakeholder communication.
• Experience with ATS/CRM platforms (Paradox, Handshake, RippleMatch).

Responsibilities

• Lead North America’s full-cycle recruiting and pipeline strategy for internships and leadership programs.
• Oversee NA undergraduate recruitment from onboarding to intern communications.
• Implement data-driven school strategy; monitor ROI and applicant conversions.
• Build strategic relationships with career services, diversity groups, alumni, and internal stakeholders.
• Equip business leaders and HR partners with tools to identify, assess and engage top talent; drive cross-functional meetings.
• Represent Colgate’s brand across career fairs, conferences, social media and content campaigns.
• Track metrics and budgets; analyze data to inform strategy with People Analytics support.
• Manage vendor relationships and budgets for campus recruitment, events and collateral.
• Support global talent attraction initiatives such as EVP messaging and site branding.
