Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our Futures Program and campus recruiting efforts from our Falls Church, VA headquarters.

You will streamline interview processes, coordinate university relations, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience across multiple offices and time zones. The role emphasizes data tracking, event coordination, and collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and university partners to build a strong early-career

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating events and large initiatives is a plus.
• Comfort with data sets, reports, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internship, Project Engineer, and Site Engineer interview schedules.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates throughout interviews.
• Manage calendars, materials, and candidate communications.
• Coordinate offer processes, onboarding, and system updates.
• Maintain recruiting calendars, campus contacts, and events.
• Support planning of internship and Futures Program events.
