Ryan LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Campus/Entry Level Recruiter to support the College Recruiting Program. You will coordinate recruitment, engage students, and manage candidate flow through the interview process, partnering with managers and HR.
The role includes delivering classroom presentations, building candidate pipelines, maintaining ATS records, and traveling as needed for campus events in a fast-growing tax services firm with award-winning culture.
The Recruiter – Campus/Entry Level Hires (“Recruiter”) is responsible for the effective and timely recruitment and placement of external candidates, with specific focus on the College Recruiting Program. This position involves development, coordination, implementation, evaluation, and administration of all recruiting processes. The position includes a high-level of teamwork and responsibility, with heavy interaction with all levels of employees, including Principals and management, as well as other members of Human Resources.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and one to three years related professional experience, including participation in a campus-recruiting program.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research. In addition, this position requires experience with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Valid driver's license required.
Requires limited supervisory responsibilities, including training employees, assigning work, and checking work for accuracy and completeness.
