Job summary

Saronic is seeking a University Recruiter to build a pipeline of interns and new grads who will design, build, and operate the next generation of autonomous maritime vessels. You will partner with the University Recruiting team and hiring managers to lead campus events, manage end-to-end recruiting, and deliver a standout candidate experience from the first conversation to their first day on the job.

In this role you will travel to target universities, engage students on campus, and help shape

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in university recruiting, campus relations, or career services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to translate intern/new grad needs into campus hiring plans.
• Drive full-cycle recruiting for intern and new grad roles: sourcing, interviews, offers, closing.
• Plan and execute campus recruiting events: career fairs, info sessions, tech talks, student org partnerships.
• Travel to target universities and maritime academies during recruiting seasons to represent Saronic on site.
• Build relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations such as engineering societies and ROTC groups.
• Manage candidate pipelines in Ashby, track event results and pipeline metrics.
