Job summary

University of Arkansas Community College at Hope-Texarkana is seeking a Recruiter to work within the Student Services division under Enrollment Management. The role coordinates student recruitment with college offices and high schools, providing admissions counseling and campus information.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities. Some evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills.

• Willing to work evenings and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and coordinate student recruitment activities with enrollment management and other offices.
• Maintain contacts with area high schools and counselors; represent the college at events.
• Assist with admissions counseling, financial aid applications, and orientations.
• Assist advisors with student advisement and path planning.
• Arrange campus tours and track recruiting activity records.
• Collaborate with staff across Student Services and instructional divisions.
