Job summary

Aprio seeks a campus recruiting professional to manage full-cycle intern recruitment across Tax, Audit, Advisory, Information Assurance, and IT teams. You will partner with college career services, faculty, and campus stakeholders to build strong pipelines and execute on-campus events and interviews.

The role requires 1–2 years of campus recruiting or public accounting experience, excellent communication, and travel up to 16 weeks per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR practices is a plus.
• Results-focused and deadline-driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong PC skills including MS Office and ATS.
• Proven project management capabilities: planning, prioritizing, and delivering with accuracy.
• Willingness to travel up to 16 weeks/year (Mon-Thu).
• Experience planning large-scale events with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience planning and leading recruiting and hire events.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and branding campaigns.
• Able to engage with Aprio Partners, faculty, and students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for intern positions across multiple teams.
• Communicate expectations to college recruiting teams for campuses.
• Establish partnerships with department leaders across offices and IT teams.
• Develop active candidate pipelines for Northeast offices.
• Build relationships with college career services and faculty.
• Plan and attend campus recruiting events and interviews.
• Travel to strategic campuses throughout the year (Jan–Mar, Aug–Oct).
• Assist with planning and execution of early talent programs.
• Support recruiting events as needed.
• Manage intern performance review process.
• Attend intern activities and team-building events.
• Oversee internship program in Southeast offices.
