Job summary

Aprio is seeking a capable campus recruiter intern to support intern hiring across Tax, Audit, Advisory, IAS and IT teams. You will partner with campus teams, plan events, and build a robust intern pipeline for Southeast offices.

You will regularly engage with college career services, faculty, and internal stakeholders while traveling to key campuses for early talent programs. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, demonstrate strong communication and project management skills, and are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required.
• 1–2 years of campus recruiting or public accounting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office and ATS.
• Willingness to travel Mon–Thu up to 16 weeks per year.
• Experience planning and leading recruiting events.
• Ability to manage large-scale events with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruiting for intern positions across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with campus recruiting teams and department leaders.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for the Southeast.
• Manage intern program events and on-campus activities.
• Travel to campuses for events throughout the year.
• Manage internship program in Southeast offices.
• Track metrics for campus hires and onboarding effectiveness.
