Job summary

Aprio is seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join the Tax team, supporting a diverse client base with proactive talent solutions and advisory guidance. The role focuses on managing contract, contract-to-perm, retained, and direct-hire engagements while driving new business and expanding relationships across multiple industries.

You will mentor the sales and recruiting teams, sign new clients, and place 20+ contractors in collaboration with Recruiting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency search/talent acquisition in a client service role.
• Manage at least 2 enterprise accounts simultaneously and expand a matrixed organization.
• Leadership experience over Sales executives and/or Recruiters for 3+ years.
• Experience with talent solutions sales exceeding $500k GM.
• Demonstrates ethics, integrity and confidentiality in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse client portfolio of GM across contract, contract-to-perm, retained and direct hire work.
• Sign and deliver to new and existing clients annually through internal and external referrals.
• Place 20+ new contractors and employees in partnership with Recruiting.
• Mentor and/or lead the sales team aligned to segment industries.
• Refer business quarterly across segment lines to grow Aprio as an organization.
• Act as a subject matter expert in talent solutions and build Aprio brand nationally.
