What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies at assigned universities to attract a high-quality applicant pool
- Foster relationships at universities to enhance the employer's brand and create new talent pipelines
- Utilize Handshake and LinkedIn Recruiter for targeted candidate sourcing efforts
- Maintain engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including resume reviews and offer extensions
