McKinsey & Company, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting professional in Miami to drive recruitment for both full-time and summer roles. You will manage candidate pipelines, provide end-to-end support in the recruiting process, and ensure successful onboarding and cultivation strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of recruiting experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. YOUR IMPACT

You will collaborate with partners and consultants to help develop and drive recruiting strategies for the location and its sources; build and maintain peer-based relationships with leaders; partner with consultants, source and office recruiters, and other members of the recruiting community to plan and execute all aspects of our core recruiting efforts, including attraction, assessment, cultivation and onboarding. You will be based in Miami as part of our Miami Campus Team and you will be primarily responsible for driving and managing all aspects of recruiting for full‑time and summer roles to attract distinctive talent to McKinsey & Company.

Examples of responsibilities & essential functions:

You will provide end‑to‑end management of candidates through their progression in the recruiting process, including interview scheduling, responding to general questions, generating offer letters, planning, designing and executing tailored cultivation and onboarding strategies. You will build strong relationships with candidates to understand decision‑making criteria and provide counsel. You will manage a high volume of online applications; process and track applications; monitor candidate assessment results and update candidate management database. You will manage final‑round interview days, including planning interview day schedule, working with partners, associate partners, and EAs to manage participation efforts, facilitate/lead decision meetings. You will lead ongoing management of candidate pipelines and data, using tools and systems while keeping key stakeholders informed. You will plan and execute campus events (e.g., large presentations, small group events, interview workshops, office visits) while managing the overall source and office recruiting budget, staffing consultants and attending events. You will conduct year‑end analysis on recruiting results and develop recommendations for improvements and ensure accurate and timely candidate data updates within appropriate recruiting tools. You will provide input into the semi‑annual review process for consultants who have contributed to the source recruiting strategy and execution. You will work with the North America recruiting team to continue to innovate our recruiting practices. You will take on additional responsibilities and special projects throughout the year and/or as they arise. You will be an integral member of the McKinsey Miami location as well as the broader North America campus recruiting team. Your work will help to deliver on our overall NA recruiting priorities.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, with knowledge of professional services‑based recruiting a strong plus
• Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate and coordinate multiple tasks independently and see them through to completion
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; growth mindset and willingness to dive in where priorities require leadership
• Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning
• Ability to create work product‑focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables
• Ability to build great relationships with candidates, consultants at all levels, and recruiting colleagues; a positive open attitude and a sense of fun
• Demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturity; track record as self‑starter; mindful of external reputation; discreet, respectful and caring with confidential information
• Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities and be able to work effectively under pressure and navigate with ambiguity. Flexibility to deal with last‑minute changes; comfortable working with minimal direction
• Ability to look beyond own responsibilities to help team members with more urgent deadlines as needed
• Ability to work or attend meetings outside of traditional business hours and travel to campus as needed

Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure.
