Job summary

The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a Part-Time Student Project Coordinator in Campus Recreation (Work Study) to organize and manage student creative team projects. You will support marketing and communication initiatives by coordinating deliverables, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Reporting to the student project lead and Assistant Director, you will help oversee timelines, production details, and social media coordination.

Qualifications

• Must have received a Federal Work-Study award.
• Experience coordinating student teams is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, ensuring deadlines, start dates, and file requirements are met.
• Track marketing programs, deliverables, and objectives within a project management system.
• Manage ordering, printing, and distribution of marketing collateral.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, analyzing key metrics to create reports.
• Coordinate social media scheduling and posting with the social media team.
• Work with creative team to assess project capacity and ensure deadlines are met.
• Schedule and coordinate photo shoots with production details.
• Assist with file management and organization for content creation and social media efforts.
• Collaborate with Senior Social Media Manager on hours, workspace coordination and verification of hours.
• Conduct workshops on using the project management system.
