Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain digital marketing technology.
• Plan and execute programs and promotional efforts for fitness programs, events, and lab services.
• Prepare quarterly reports for the Recreation Services Dept.
• Create digital and print marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and social media graphics.
• Manage social media content scheduling, posting, and engagement across department accounts.
• Capture and edit photos and short videos for promotional use.
• Support event setup, promotion, and on-site coordination.
• Maintain website content and digital signage updates.
• Brainstorm and help implement new promotional ideas to increase awareness and participation in programs.
• Assist with member and staff newsletter creation
• Track marketing metrics and engagement analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Provide general support to Recreation Services staff as needed.
